Chapter 14: Bones, Muscles and Skin
Students will define homeostasis and describe the levels of organization of multicellular organisms. They will be able to label all the bones, differentiate between movable and immovable joints, and describe the difference between tendons and ligaments. We'll also discuss different types of sprains and fractures that can occur. Students will communicate what they know through a creative project: Dem Bones.
